Finland
has a large history of information technology and the global success of Nokia
Mobile Phone spurred the development of Finland as the hub for software
and electronic development, nowadays Finland is leading in ICT and digitalization
that’s why big companies have chosen Finland as their hub for digitalizing their
business in different fields such as Gaming industry, chemical industry,
Medical and Health technology, shipping technology, Data analytics Centre,
Construction infrastructure, bio-economy, Industrial internet, tourism, Cyber
security, and Artificial intelligence.
Further, Finland has the largest share of an economy based on information technology. The ICT sector has an impact on Government, Companies, individuals, and society on a large scale. Currently, ICT is helping in creating jobs spurring innovation, and supporting the sustained use of ICT in different industries as mentioned above, resulting in increased productivity and efficiency.
