Immigrants are performing a positive role contributing their activity to make Finland strong because they love to be a part of that society and they are considering themself as a family. Immigrants are sometimes disappointed when they are out of their Professional territory a negative impact created in the society.

The Role of academic People in this type of conversation in my opinion?   

In my opinion inside universities, colleges, schools situation is the opposite, because this is the only place (domain) where you are known for your quality and every person has their individual quality and ability to perform the activity, not disgraced by color or any faith.

Recently it has been said that foreign researchers just come here to do a Ph.D. and then move on. Do you think this is a problem?

Yes somehow it’s true because Finland is a small country and not too many universities and companies to accommodate academia People (Professors / Doctors/ researcher’s) in many fields as compared to the US, there are lots of universities companies lots of job opportunities in many fields to fit in.

How about outside of academia? (Means Skilled Engineers/Workers/Technicians)

There are Supply and demand issues, what is currently universities producing is a mismatch with the company requires the skills that the company looking for. Therefore skilled workers and engineers also moving elsewhere the same industry and demand exist.

To fulfill the gapes (supply and demand issue) companies and universities should have constant conversations and start such Programs like (project. ii) recall talent.    

The 2^nd option to recall these talents in Finland gives opportunities, educate foreign skilled workers/students give them the space or platform where they create their own business or provide their activities that might birth the new industry in Finland in the future. I supposed there some small businesses owned by Foreigner/emigrants that’s should be more like in future to retain such talent, it will give positive role contributing their activity to make Finland strong

Finland has a large history of information technology and the global success of Nokia Mobile Phone spurred the development of Finland as the hub for software and electronic development, nowadays Finland is leading in ICT and digitalization that’s why big companies have chosen Finland as their hub for digitalizing their business in different fields such as Gaming industry, chemical industry, Medical and Health technology, shipping technology, Data analytics Centre, Construction infrastructure, bio-economy, Industrial internet, tourism, Cyber security, and Artificial intelligence.

Further, Finland has the largest share of an economy based on information technology. The ICT sector has an impact on Government, Companies, individuals, and society on a large scale. Currently, ICT is helping in creating jobs spurring innovation, and supporting the sustained use of ICT in different industries as mentioned above, resulting in increased productivity and efficiency.

According to the survey, it has been noticed that Finland ranks first in the world, as the world’s most technologically advanced country because it secretes is a unique government-supported ecosystem where companies’ research facilities and universities form a tight-knit community by the use of Information and communication technology.

ICT industry creating new job opportunities and making labor markets more innovated inclusive and global. Influencing employment both as an industry that creates jobs and as a tool that empowers workers to access new forms of work by greater connectivity and more globalized skills. It is providing new avenues for job creation that could help to tackle global unemployment.

ICT technology professionals conduct research, plan, design, write and test, provide advice and improve information technology systems hardware software and related concepts for specific applications.

ICT industry influenced the direction of education. ICT can provide diverse options for taking in and processing information making sense of ideas and expressing learning. Students can learn best through visual and tactile modalities. Students with special needs can get extra support from it. ICT has become integral to the teaching-learning interaction, through such approaches as replacing chalkboards with interactive digital whiteboards, smartphones, Laptops, Tablets, and other devices for learning during class time.
